Youtube still broken with HQ option so its loos like its missing frames. I'll reupload if its ever fixed.
A nice Zelda clone on the easy side though. I had to redo the start up to the octopus so my coins might not match
up after that point. -

A replacement longplay for my previous video with much improved video and sound quality. I collect all the chaos emeralds which gives you access to super sonic. Sadly once you gain access to him you cannot jump without transforming which by itself isn't terrible, but the music theme changes and you miss out on the level themes which I prefer. -

This is a longplay of the game Sparkster: Rocket Knight Adventures 2 for Mega Drive. It is a direct continuation of the first game released for that console.
For some reason, the Genesis version of Sparkster is a completely different. First off, the controls - instead of holding down the attack button to charge your jetpack, it automatically fills, and is activated with the "A" button. Also the meter refills pretty quickly, allowing you to boost multiple times before you hit the ground and don't have a flame attack presented in SNES version (but the melee attack is more stronger).
The plot follows the same pace of the first game, but with enhanced graphics and sound. A great game, good like the SNES version. This game has two endings (collecting all the swords to form the golden armor). A different from the original video (played by SmokeFrostHeart). Played on Very Hard mode with all collected swords and implements the core (Bizhawk emulator) and the best and complete ending. -

Longplay of game Rocket Knight Adventures, a side scrolling platformer produced and released in 1993 by Konami for the Mega Drive/Genesis console.
The story unfolds in Elhorn world, a world of warriors, magic and technology, inhabited by several species of intelligent animals. In the kingdom of Elhorn there Zebulos, home of opossums.
Zebulos is a kingdom with a long history. Their first king was El Zebulos. Now it is difficult to separate the ancient legends and myths from the facts. The prevailing belief is that El Zebulos was a brave hero who fought against a great evil coming from a powerful ship called the Pig Star. After defeating the invaders, El Zebulos became the king of the peaceful land and the Pig Star was sealed by a spell to get away from enemy hands. The key to removing the seal is a secret guarded by Zebulos and your family.
From generation to generation, Zebulos family kept the key . An elite fighting force was formed : the powerful Rocket Knights . These armored warriors used rockets and mystical swords and excellent fighting skills to protect and serve the kingdom. The current leader of the Rocket Knight, Sparkster, is a the hero of the game. The group was betrayed by Axel Gear, one renegade Rocket Knight, which has since become the enemy of Zebulos .
The kingdom was recently attacked by Devotindos Empire , a hostile realm populated by pigs and ruled by Emperor Devligus Devotindos. The Emperor Devligus teamed with Axel Gear, and is about to capture the daughter of the current king, a princess named Sherry, who is believed to be the key to reactivate the Pig Star. Overwhelmed by the attack of the robots exécito pigs, Zebulan forces are nearly wiped out. Now all hope is Sparkster, which heads to the Castle Zebulos to fight the empire and his enemy Axel Gear and rescue the princess. Played on Crazy Hard level with core and accuracy emulator improvements (Genplus GX core provided by Bizhawk).

I have re-recorded this game to replace the previous recording with more accurate audio.
Nice adventure game for the genesis. I found the controls to be a little annoying at times and may click the wrong thing every now and again. I would have much preferred the game to have a constant point and click interface. I have recorded both stories in this game.

Castlevania: Bloodlines is the only Castlevania video game series which was released for Mega Drive/Genesis. It was developed and published by Konami and was first released to North America on June 1, 1994. Its title is the Japanese version of Vampire Killer and its title in the European version is Castlevania: the New Generation. Not long after the death of Dracula, a witch practicing black magic accidentally resurrected Elizabeth Bartley, a countess known as "Dracula's niece" (obviously based on Elizabeth Bathory), who decided to bring his uncle to life. For this, she started World War sacrificed so many souls were available for his evil purpose. John Morris, using the whip "Vampire Killer", and his friend Eric Lecarde, using the "Alcarde Spear", knew it and run to stop Bartley and Dracula again. Played in expert mode (unlocked after ending game one time or with "Konami Code" in title screen: up, up, down, down, left, right, left, right, B and A), with the two characters and with true endings.

Another longplay of Mega Turrican.
Not as clean and tidy as the Longplay by T-0815 which is also a 100% run, I unfortunately missed some diamonds and a life pretty much at the start of world 4. Kicking myself for that one. Its a good thing collectibles have no effect on the game or ending.
Still, my goal for this run through of the game was to capture the game with more accurate audio provided by a different emulator (Genplus GX) than used in the previous run (Gens) as this game just simply deserves it. -

Never played the 3rd one. Blaze seemed weaker until i realised you got stronger specials if you don't die. I like the new features like performing specials without damaging yourself i you only do them once in a while, and weapon damage and side rolls! Couldnt work out if you can throw weapons in this one though.
Game seems twice as hard as the others! ninjas everywhere! no pirates though :( -

Streets of Rage (Bare Knuckle: Furious Iron Fist) is a side-scrolling beat em up released by Sega in
1991 for the Mega Drive. It is the first installment of the Bare Knuckle/Streets of Rage series which was followed by Streets of Rage 2 and Streets of Rage 3. The game was also converted over to Segas Game Gear, Mega-CD and Master System. In 2007, the game was released for the Wiis Virtual Console in North America and Europe, and in 2009 it was released for the iOS via the App Store. The game was again made available as part of Sonics Ultimate Genesis Collection in 2009 on both the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 consoles.
Essentially this would of been dismissed as a Final Fight clone if it wasnt for the fact that the music is top-notch and its creator Yuzo Koshio inspired the electronic dance movement... overall I used all the characters available and played the game 3 times in Normal, Hard and Hardest difficulties. -

A replacement longplay for my previous video with much improved video and sound quality. I do runs as both both sonic and knuckles and I collect all the chaos emeralds in both runs. You cannot glide with knuckles without transforming after collecting all emeralds which is a bit frustrating. -
