Mario is Missing original is a purely educational game and considered one of the worst games of all time, so a person decided to make a hackrom to finally put Luigi as the protagonist in a platform game in the classic 2D style of the series and from there came the Mario is Missing - Done Right, as the name says, is a correctly produced version of the Mario is Missing game. Here we have no lessons in geography or travels in real places, but rather a platform game with action and epic battles for 7 worlds.

Gamma V did an excellent job, and despite small problems (unfortunately the feather does not allow Luigi to fly, but only glide and have only Yoshi in the green color), it is an excellent game.

This is the longplay of Super Mario World - Return to Dinosaur Land, a Super Mario World hack made famous not for graphics or music but for its gameplay.

The story here is the almost same as always in all the Mario games: Mario and Peach were visiting the land of the Dinosaurs and the princess was kidnapped again, so we began a new adventure through the dinosaur lands saving Yoshis eggs, destroying castles and etc.

It's a simple hack that was meant to be something of a continuation of Super Mario World, including the return of the same bosses from the official game, but with different stages. It's a good game, but extremely linear. All stages have been completed and the 59 exits found.

This game is well known among the Super Mario World hacks, as a very different game, with a large amount of custom bosses and ASM gimmicks, with its development being started when such things were but a dream in the SMW hacking scene. In addition, this hack contains many custom bosses and references to games like Final Fantasy, Twinbee, Kirby, Mega Man, Cho Aniki.

This video comprises Demo 7, the best known and longest version of the game. The game is incomplete and the stages named "to be continued" can only be accessed via a Game Genie code: 7E143401

This is the longplay of the Classic Mario World 1 game - The Magic Crystals, a SNES Super Mario World hack game that is part of a Classic Mario World trilogy, developed by the Brazilian romhacker called Bandicoot.

This is the first game in this hack trilogy: In this game, Mario and Peach visited the yoshis in Dinousaur Land, when they discover that Bowser has found magical crystals, which according to a legend, give access to great powers to those who own them. With the Crystals, Bowser and his sons Koopalings kidnap Peach and the Yoshi's again and Mario needs to go after the villain to save his friends and stop Bowser's evil ambitions.

Despite the simple and basic plot, the game dared with new scenarios, customized music and a huge map, in addition to the subtle, but beautiful color palette used. This is the Definitive Version, according to the author. This version corrected several bugs of the previous ones but unfortunately received new bugs (like the posts where the stage ends, that do not allow to go over or under them), the dialogs are very neat, but in my view, there is still much to be done definitive in fact, since unfortunately after the end there is no Staff Roll (which is sad). It's a good hack, but it can get better. There are still many things left for this version to become Definitive in fact. The video was made obtaining the 115 exits of the game. I hope you enjoy it.

This is the longplay of the game Classic Mario World 2 - The Great Alliance, made by the Brazilian romhacker Bandicoot based on the Super Mario World game from SNES. This is the second episode of the Classic Mario World trilogy.

In this second episode, after being defeated in the battle of the magic crystals, Bowser decided to take revenge on the mushroom kingdom, forming an evil alliance with several villains from the lands of the Mushroom Kingdom, now it's up to Mario to stop him.
Big Boo, Wart and Kamek join Bowser in this evil purpose.

The game has a very progressive difficulty, starting very easy and becoming very difficult when it approaches the end. In this game the character does not die immediately if he falls into a pit. This is the Definitive Edition version of this hack, and although it still needs a few improvements, it is well done and the ending is convincing. The video was made getting all the exits and also the extra stages. Hope you like it.

This is the longplay of Classic Mario World 3 - The Finale, a Super Mario World hack game, the third and final game of the Classic Mario World trilogy, produced by Brazilian romhacker Bandicoot.

The story begins when Rosalina's observatory was attacked by Bowser, who wants to use the Power of Powerful Stars with the Fragments of Magic Crystals to become invincible. Rosalina asks Mario to find the Bright Stars in order to defeat the Evil King Koopa. In this mission, Mario will rely on his traditional skills, in addition to being able to communicate with Peach and Rosalina in certain parts of the game.

This hack has the same characteristics as its predecessors, phases with a good level of design, boss songs and custom sprites, HDMA effects, ASM level, custom blocks and much more. This game also pays a great tribute to the RPGs of the golden age of the Super Nintendo, this chapter being my favorite in this trilogy. Although not a "definitive" version, for me this is the best game in this saga. The video was made getting all the exits and also includes the extra stages. Hope you like it.

This is the longplay of the game New Super Mario World 1: The Twelve Magic Orbs, a Super Mario World hack game created by Pink Gold Peach and released in 2016.

It was just another normal day in the Mushroom Kingdom, until Bowser steals the 12 Magic Orbs, all with different powers, including water, fire, ice, air, darkness, and other powers. Now Mario must stop Bowser from using them in his evil plan.

Mario will have a great adventure through many different worlds, ruled by Bowser's sons and servants who kept the orbs in their castles. He must travel through beaches, cities, deserts, forests, caves, mountains of ice and outer space to recover the orbs subtracted by Bowser.
The amount of Power Ups (between original and custom) is also quite varied, with 9 in total.

It's a good hack, with a very progressive difficulty, custom levels, custom ASM and custom bosses. 94 levels and 112 exits. Unfortunately, only one staff roll was missing.

This is the longplay of the game A Plumber for All Seasons, a ROM hack created by WhiteYoshiEgg (WYE), that took a long time working to build this game.

In this game, our hero Mario will have to go through several worlds, face enemies and bosses, but the theme of the game is totally different from anything you've ever seen in a Super Mario World hack.

As the name of the game suggests, each world in this game represents a different season, each with its own unique characteristics. There's a Spring world, a Summer world, a Fall/Autumm world, and a Winter world.

Almost all graphics in this game are custom and handmade, which explains why it took so long to develop the game. WYE's dedication resulted in this amazing game, with excellent, very colorful and diverse, with beautiful landscapes that reflect according to each season. Another highlight is the soundtrack, totally original, with music composed especially for this game (yes, this game does not have music from other games, they are all original).

The level design is very well done and balanced, with a very balanced difficulty. Each level has 5 large coins and collecting them guarantees a percentage. Without a doubt, it is one of the best SMW hacks ever. I highly recommend.

This is the longplay of The Second Reality Project Reloaded, a hack of the Super Mario World game made by FPI in 2008 and that is a totally improved remake of the version The Second Reality Project.

"Bowser came back and this time more powerful than before.He found a source of energy that allows him to repair his fleet of aircraft.With this he plans on attacking the Mushroom Kingdom once again! Mario time to figure this out! "

Faced with this, Mario has to go through many stages to the best style of the original version, but the story even a bit of science fiction. In this game, the author used the graphics redrawn, but without changing the look of the player. The background images are well done, matching the level style and the songs. Also, this hack does not use HDMA (maybe because it was not possible at the time, probably).
The songs are mostly custom, so there are few who remember other mario franchise games (like Super Mario Land). They match very well with the stages, generally improving the experience with most of them. The game is quite beautiful, but also very long and finding all the exits and portals is quite a challenge. The video was done achieving all 117 exits. Hope you like it.

This is the longplay of Super Mario World: The Second Reality Project 2: Zycloboo's Challenge, a hack of the Super Mario World game made by FPI in 2014.

This game is a continuation of the previous one. The plot revolves around a One-Eyed Big Boo called Zycloboo wants to conquer the Mushroom Kingdom and he wants to use the power source from another dimension called the Second Reality to get to his goal.

Mario initially doesn't understand what's going on, but he knows he's being chased by Zycloboo who needs to stop the threat of this ghost and escape the Second Reality. Mario's only chance to stop Zycloboo is to activate the Power Switch again, which he disabled himself during his last adventure in this strange dimension to avoid misuse of it's power.

The adventure is quite challenging, as it was in the first game. Mario will also have the help of several friends and even enemies (like Lemmy Koopa) to stop the Zycloboo threat.

The game represents a very light but fruitful evolution of the previous game, the insertion of different characters, such as Marty (who appears in the first game) and also Happy, Cathy, Golden Yoshi and Mega Munch. The game is extremely challenging, but at the same time it has a good plot (which starts to get engaging towards the end of the game).

This is the longplay of the game Super Mario World: The Princess Rescue, rom hack of Super Mario World produced by Brazilian romhacker Bandicoot.

This game has the basic (but functional) story of Mario going after Princess Peach, who was kidnapped by Bowser. The author of this hack managed to place several elements, graphics mixing elements from Super Mario World and Super Mario Maker, custom music and HDMA, in addition to giving importance to the Star Coins of the game and each stage has 5 of them (when looking at the stage name on the map a full circle in yellow means that the player has taken all of them at that stage).

The game's dynamic difficulty adjustment system is based on how many lives you have while playing, depending on the number of lives you have, the game can cause some blocks to have powerups for Mario or not, with less lives, you will find more powerups and with many lives, less powerups. Even so, there are blocks with fixed power ups as well.

Despite the basic story, this game is worth checking out. It's a great SMW hack. The video was made by getting all the exits and all the Star Coins in the game. Hope you like it.

This is the longplay of the game Super Mario World: The Princess Rescue 2 - Luigi's Journey, rom hack of Super Mario World produced by brazilian romhacker Bandicoot.

The story of this game takes place simultaneously with the story of the first hack: while Mario is on his adventure to rescue Princess Toadstool, Luigi went to Sarasaland to visit his beloved princess Daisy, only to discover that the terrifying alien Tatanga has returned to take revenge and kidnaps her again. Luigi then decides to travel to distant lands to rescue his beloved princess!

The controls remain the same as the previous version, the graphics are the same as in Super Mario World but with many elements that make the game even more beautiful, in addition to custom music and the challenge of collecting Star Coins has been changed to be less frustrating, now the five star coins all appear before or after the checkpoint, making it easier to search for them. Star Coins are also important and each game world has its own. Each stage that the player collects all Star Coins he earns a Bonus Star (red in color, which appears in the upper corner of the screen) and a minimum amount of these stars is mandatory to access the Star World stages (each special stage requires a different amount ).

I consider this game much better than the previous one, more dynamic and better designed. Bandicoot did a great job creating this rom hack, both when choosing the songs and placing the graphics. The video was made at 100%, with all the exits, all the Star Coins, plus an extra phase after the final battle, a phase that can only be accessed by obtaining all the exits in the game (note, I had forgotten one of the exits, and had to go back to get what was left before I could access this stage). This is the longplay of the game Super Mario Bros. The Lost Players, Super Mario World rom hack produced by Adam, Truxton, beasteye89, lolyoshi, rextep. This is version 1.1, released in 2021.

The story of this game is as follows: the character Mario falls asleep after a hard day's work and finds himself in a dream with familiar and strange worlds merging and mingling, with elements from Super Mario Bros and other games. With difficulty waking up from this strange walk down memory lane, he must keep moving forward, wherever he wants it to take him in order to wake up from this deep sleep.

The game is a mixture of Super Mario Bros and Super Mario World, being a clear tribute to these two games, in addition to mixing elements from other games. The graphics are very colorful, the songs are 16 bit versions of songs from other games, but they fit well in this game. The game has a relatively high difficulty compared to other rom hacks, but its stages are short, making it rewarding to complete each stage. The game has the Normal (infinite lives and saves the game in each level) and hard levels (limited lives and saves the game in each world). There is a 2 player mode, but it is for one player only, as the player controls Mario and Luigi alternately.

The video was made in two playthroughs, one with only Mario in Normal mode and without entering any bonus stages and another with Mario and Luigi ("2 players", in quotation marks) accessing the bonus stages. There are other stages after the second playthrough (based on Super Mario World) but unfortunately these stages are full of bugs, so unfortunately I couldn't show them, but who knows in a future version. This is the longplay of the game Super Mario World: The Crown Tale, rom hack of Super Mario World produced by brazilian romhacker Bandicoot.

The story of this game begins when Mario is on vacation on an exotic island. Toadette appeared in search of help, as her Super Crown, which turns her into Peachette, was stolen by Bowser.

Now they have an adventure ahead of them to retrieve the Super Crown. But they discover that Kamek managed to break the seal on the crown that prevented anyone from using it. With the seal, the crown could only be used by Toadette and her guardian. To make matters worse, the use of Kamek's magic awakened an evil spirit that was confined in the crown and this ended up possessing the minds of Peach and Bowser, driving them mad.
Bowser ends up wearing the crown and becomes Bowsette, his female version, who, under the crown's control, falls in love with Mario. Now it's up to Mario to resolve the situation, while trying to save Princess Peach and deal with Bowsette's personality.

Super Mario World: The Crown Tale is a traditional romhack that brings references to the Bowsette and Super Crown memes that circulate on the internet. Bowsette is a character created by Ayyk92 in a comic book that was very successful and quickly spread around the world. This game is one of the first to explore this alternate character.

Crown's Tale is a very good hack, quite colorful and extensive. In addition to his traditional moves, Mario also has the wall jump (similar to the one in the Mega Man X games), with the Super Jump and the Long Jump (which allow, respectively, to jump higher and jump longer distances). These jumps are very important to master. The game, like most of the SMW hacks, are customized, in addition to also having customized graphics, further enriching the environment.

It's a great hack, with multiple endings and an innovative way of telling the story, which Bandicoot knows how to do very well. In addition to the mechanics, the game also warns on the map itself about the exits found, dragon coins collected and even the moons are important here to obtain the maximum percentage.

This is the longplay of Mario Goes to Brazil, a Super Mario World hack game made by @Marcos Moutta and released in 2022.

The Super Mario World game hack community is, without a doubt, one of the largest in the entire world. Each creator likes to make alternative stories and scenarios for this game, which makes Super Mario World reinvent itself more and more. In this game, author Marcos Moutta decided to put Nintendo's most famous character on a visit to Brazil. In the game, we control Mario through different Brazilian cities and landscapes, such as Rio de Janeiro, the Pampas, the neighborhood of Liberdade, the Atlantic Forest and others. Each stage has a boss at the end.

It's a very promising hack and the first one made by Marcos Moutta. Unfortunately, some things are still missing, Mario doesn't use all his skills and the difficulty level is high. It sure is a creative hack, worth checking out. I hope this hack can have its maximum potential in future updates, in addition to seeing new games made by its author.

This is the longplay of Super Mario Bros: Merry Mountain Christmas Adventure, a Super Mario World hack game released in December 2022 (v3.0). The game was produced by @bensalot3568 AKA Just Keef, and @nowieso (who is also the author of Super Mario World: Christmas Edition).

The game's story takes place during the Christmas period and its introduction shows MistleToad, an old character of the same species as Toad, who begins to tell about the Christmas period, where we are introduced to the classic characters of the Super Mario series in a period of great peace and happiness, both the heroes and villains of the series are in complete harmony. Our heroes Mario, Luigi, Peach, Toad, Toadette and Yoshi decide to go to a magical place called Merry Mountain to spend the Christmas period. But a threat hangs over the place. No, it's not the Grinch, but an evil Ice Witch, who steals the Christmas Stars and condemns Merry Mountain to a life of sadness. Our heroes then need to defeat the Ice Witch's henchmen and recover the stars.

The game gives us the possibility to play with Mario, Luigi, Princess Peach, Toad and Rosalina (found after advancing in the game), each of which has unique skills, most of which are inherited from Super Mario Bros 2. It is possible to switch between them. characters at each stage, increasing the number of strategies and choosing which character works best in a given stage. The game's graphics are completely Christmas-themed and are simply amazing in this hack. The songs are Christmas-themed, but also include custom songs. The setting of the game is fascinating. One of the best Super Mario World hacks ever made. A real Christmas Gift for all of us and a lesson in fraternal love that this game teaches us.

This is the longplay of the game Super Mario World - The Princess Rescue 3: The Turnabout, Super Mario World hack game developed by romhacker Bandicoot (@bandicootsmwcentral2950) and released in 2023. The game is a sequel to the hack games SMW The Princess Rescue (released in 2017) and SMW The Princess Rescue 2: Luigi's Journey (released in 2019), where Mario and Luigi act simultaneously (each in a separate game) to save Princesses Peach and Daisy and stop the threats of Bowser and Tatanga.

The story of this third game begins at the end of the previous ones, where Mario and Luigi finally go on their honeymoon with Peach and Daisy, but they didn't imagine that Bowser and Tatanga would unite to end their joy. However, instead of capturing the princesses, the villains decide to capture our heroes. In this game we control Peach and Daisy. The two princesses will need to go through many levels to free Mario and Luigi from the hands of the villains, while showing that they are heroines capable of fighting the villains.

In the game, we control Peach and Daisy, being able to switch between them, and we go through typical stages of Super Mario World games, but with customized music and a lot of ASMR. The princesses have abilities such as floating in the air, in addition to power ups such as the classic Mushroom (which makes them grow), the Fire Flower (which allows them to release fireballs) and the Cape Feather (which, unlike other games, here they allow the princesses to make gigantic jumps and double jump), in addition to the Star (which gives temporary invincibility).

In addition to completing the stages, it is essential to get all the Dragon Coins (5 in each stage) and also the Moons, which can only be captured if you get this item before the clock runs out. In this game, there is no way to lose by time over, because time only counts when picking up the clock at the beginning of each stage and even if time runs out, the character does not die and the only use of the timer is to catch the Moons. All stages have Dragon Coins and Moons and getting them all is a separate challenge, in addition to being essential to access advanced parts of the game. The graphics of the princesses turned out really nice and their presence gives this game a great charm. It's another excellent Bandicoot hack. This is the longplay of Super Mario World - Quest for Gaming, Super Mario World hack game made by romhacker bandicoot (@bandicootsmwcentral2950) and released in 2022.

The game's plot revolves around the character Mario, but this time he has already rescued the princess and, with her safe, there's nothing better than taking a vacation. Our hero and his companion Yoshi decide to take a few days off to play games and choose the Super Nintendo classics. However the pesky evil King Bowser and his Koopa Kids has stolen their SNES and all of their favorite games.
Now Mario must go on an adventure to defeat the Koopa Clan and take back his games.

The game has the classic gameplay of Super Mario World, but with some new mechanics characteristic of the hacks made by Bandicoot, such as wall jumps, menus showing how many moons and dragon coins were collected, in addition to dynamic difficulty.

The game has the classic SMW bosses, but in a different order, custom music and well-crafted graphics. Dragon Coins and Moons are important to increase the game's percentage, in addition to accessing secret stages.

It's a hack with a very simple plot, but it's a good game. The entire game was 105% completed, with everything collected in every level.
Note: I had to reset at 5:24:21 to be able to finish without losing part of the progress, because the version I used is a little older and it was giving a bug that harmed the percentage, but with the reset it fortunately does not appear and I was able to complete the game with maximum percentage.

As it is a Halloween-themed game, the scenarios have the same ambiance, with details such as pumpkins, webs on the ceiling and nighttime scenes. Here the colors are slightly darker and the enemies have a different design, which refers to this commemorative date. It's a short hack, with 34 exits, but it goes well with this festive date.

This is the longplay of the game Mario Mystical Gem, a hack game produced by Mr. MS and released in 2024.

In the game we control Mario, who was kidnapped by Bowser and imprisoned for 4 months. During this period, the hero realizes that he needs to go through the stages to recover a powerful green gem and prevent Bowser from combining the two parts of it for his plans. Mario owns one part of the gem and Bowser owns the other.

This hack has a beautiful look, good customized music and great scenery graphics. The difficulty level is very easy and it's a great game to pass the time. For those looking for a hack that isn't difficult, Mario Mystical Gem is a great choice. Unfortunately it's a short hack and I hope they release a sequel to it.

Here, the difference was a little simplicity, but with customized and much more detailed graphics, as well as customized music too. The game has 6 worlds, each with a different theme. It's a very good game for casual gaming.

This is the longplay of the game Super Mario World Redone, a Super Mario World hack game. This version was developed by Dark Prince, with the aim of making slight graphical improvements, both in the characters and in the scenarios.
This game is almost the same as the original Super Mario World, with only graphical differences and bosses that need to take more damage to be defeated, as well as some slightly different phases and the impossibility of going with Yoshi in a few stages (including the scene with a "No Yoshi" sign, which was cut in the final version of the original SMW, but was included here, although I had to skip these scenes to avoid a bug that makes Yoshi "walk through the floor"). Without a doubt, a good job. The video was made by obtaining all exits, all Dragon Coins* and all 3-Up Moons.

This is the longplay of the game Super Isikoro Mario World, a hack of Super Mario World released in 2018 by Isikoro. Here we control only Mario, since Princess Peach and even Luigi were kidnapped by Bowser.

The graphics have brighter colors than the original game and, instead of the Cape, Mario grabs the Super Leaf and transforms into a Raccoon, just like in Super Mario Bros 3. The game also inherits some elements from Super Mario Bros The Lost Levels, such as poisonous mushrooms and very challenging stages in the more advanced worlds.

The game was originally released in Japanese and later in English. The video includes all the stages, all the Dragon Coins that can be collected in this version of the game (I used an older version, without knowing that there was a newer one, so there may be some missing elements or some typos), all the exits and the Special World (optional, with challenging stages).

This is the longplay of the game Super Mario World: Super Mario Bros Style Hack, a Super Mario World hack game released in 2022 by romhacker HiroGS.

The premise of this hack is to make Super Mario World with the same graphic style as Super Mario Bros 3 (more precisely the version present in the Super Mario All-Stars collection), scenarios and music, as well as some enemies. It is a good version, even with a few bugs and some slightly modified content (for example: the Chocolate Island level does not have multiple paths like in the original version and the exit with the key is at the beginning of the level). The video was recorded obtaining all the exits and the Dragon Coins (even though you are forced to leave one behind in order to get a larger amount in the next stage of the level, such as in the Gnarly level).

This hack aims to make a new version of Super Mario Kart, but it's not just about new tracks. The game has received many modifications in order to give the game a new feel, but without losing its essence. New tracks, new musical compositions and slightly different character graphics are part of the game. The graphics of the scenarios have received a new look, slightly reminiscent of the Synthwave graphic style.

It's a very original hack with its own essence, which resulted in a very good game. The video was made playing all the tracks, with all the characters and at all difficulty levels.

This is the longplay of the game Mario Game, a hack of Super Mario World developed by Draconif and released in 2018.

In the game, we control Mario, who must go through several worlds to rescue Princess Peach, who was kidnapped by Bowser. Yes, the same basic story as always.

The graphics are good, especially those of Mario and all the other characters, who received a good treatment, to make them very different from the original Super Mario World. The game has 8 worlds, plus a special one. The music is customized and matches the chosen stages well. Each stage has 3 DF coins, which must be collected to unlock the special world.

This hack is only good, as it has some flaws, such as cruel and punishing level design in the advanced stages (so much so that it is frustrating), in addition to only allowing Mario to carry one item at a time, unnecessarily increasing the difficulty.
The video was made by obtaining all the exits and all the DF coins.

The sprites are well made, the music is customized and the abilities of each character are well done. It's a good hack, ideal for casual play.

The story of the game begins when Mario and his friends (Luigi, Yoshi, Peach, Daisy, Wario and Waluigi) were preparing for a party on Jamboree Island, a paradisiacal seaside resort. It was a true vacation atmosphere for Mario, who would be able to rest after many adventures. However, Kamek appears out of nowhere and hypnotizes everyone while Mario was at the market buying some drinks for the party. Now, Mario must embark on an adventure where he will have to face his hypnotized friends who have turned into evil to rescue them from the spell and defeat Kamek.

This hack has 118 exits, distributed in 8 worlds and custom music, as well as abilities such as wall jumping, characteristic of SMW hacks made by Bandicoot, who does an excellent job in these hacks. In addition to the normal stages, it also includes a bonus world. The video was made by going through all the stages through the normal and secret exits, as well as obtaining all the Dragon Coins and 3-up moons.
