Auf Anraten seiner Anwälte bekennt sich Ma schnell schuldig, doch anstatt einer niedrigen Strafe wird er zu 27 Jahren Gefängnis verurteilt. Fok, der früher ein Cop war, stellt weitere Ermittlungen an - und stößt auf Korruption und die komplexen Netzwerke des organisierten Verbrechens.
